Would you be interested in trying out something that has been proven to improve your immune system functioning and also promote positive brain chemistry?
You can even do this activity for just one minute at a time and notice results.
It's a special kind of deep-breathing exercise. Here's what to do:
As an experiment, would you practice this several times a day? Maybe as soon as you remember upon waking, mid-day as you get something to eat, and at the end of the day as you prepare for bed. Try it and let me know your experience.

- Bring your attention to your breathing.
- Make your inhalation longer and deeper.
- Hold a moment before breathing out.
- Then exhale slowly and completely.
- Before you breathe in again, bring a smile to your lips. A big smile, even if you don't feel like smiling. Hold the smile and repeat #2 - #5.
- Practice for one minute.
As an experiment, would you practice this several times a day? Maybe as soon as you remember upon waking, mid-day as you get something to eat, and at the end of the day as you prepare for bed. Try it and let me know your experience.
